D&S offers a range of skills and experience for conducting studies. For example, we:

D&S's staff conducts detailed process, process control, electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, and energy engineering. We provide in-depth pipe stress analysis services. In addition, we partner with other consultants for special expertise, such as for industrial boilers and power generation.
We develop complete engineering packages for projects, including drawings, specifications, contracts (AIA), request for quotations, requisitions, and expediting.
The DSEI team has extensive experience providing construction services for major maintenance projects and for capital projects. As owners' engineers and as consulting engineers, our team members have been involved in a wide variety of construction methods involving all engineering disciplines.
